Guest records for the team welcoming them back.
A useful restaurant CRM starts with the next welcome. Regulars Business connects linked guest profiles, recorded visits and service details guests share, so your authorized team can recognize the person arriving.
Regulars Business is free to download. You choose your restaurant’s Regulars Pricing; your staff applies it at the bill.

Recognize the guest at the door
The Host Stand shows active arrivals, the linked lead guest, party size and greeting language. Companions without a linked profile remain clearly marked as guests; the team does not have to guess who they are.
Keep context useful for service
Guest records can include shared usual orders, drinks, seating preferences and dietary details. Available information depends on the guest profile, sharing settings and your staff’s authorized access.
Pick up the relationship next time
Recorded visits give the next shift context. Staff can welcome a returning guest with a name and an appropriate service detail, while keeping your existing reservation and checkout workflow.
What your team can see
- Linked identity
- First name and greeting language from the linked profile. An unlinked companion remains a guest.
- Visits
- Recorded visit count. The number in this demonstration is an example.
- Arrival
- On the way, arrived or checked in: a service signal that does not reserve a table.
- Service preferences
- Usual orders, drinks or seating when populated and shared. Visibility settings limit access.
- Dietary details
- Dietary restrictions and allergies shared with restaurants, when available, to support service.
Fields may be empty. These examples do not mean staff can access every detail about a guest.

Restaurant CRM questions
What does a restaurant CRM do here?
Regulars brings linked guest records, recorded visit context and shared service preferences into operator tools. The aim is a better-informed welcome; it is not a promise of automated campaigns or revenue growth.
Can staff see every guest’s preferences?
No. A profile must be linked, the staff member must have appropriate access, and sharing settings limit service details. Unlinked companions remain guests. Some dietary or allergy information shared with restaurants can follow the guest for service safety.
Does Regulars replace reservations or the POS?
No. A check-in signals an arrival; it does not reserve a table or automatically change a POS transaction. Your team keeps its existing checkout.
How do I connect my restaurant?
Claim the correct listing using the link below. Restaurant access must be connected to an authorized operator. If the listing is already claimed, contact Regulars instead of creating a duplicate.
Is Regulars Business free?
Free while we build it, through the end of 2028. We'll work out pricing then, with the rooms that are on it. The Business app is free to download.
